We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Assistant Manager who will support our prospects and customers. 

 

What you’ll do: 

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll deliver seamless support to our Customer Success Managers. You’ll help ensure the highest service standards for our clients, overseeing critical operational and risk-related processes. Your attention to detail, proactive communication, and collaborative mindset will be essential in shaping positive customer outcomes and internal efficiency. 

 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Provide reliable back-office support to Customer Success Managers, handling tasks such as credit and business risk assessments, payments, and customer communication. 
  • Own and manage the customer take-on process from post-credit sanction to full onboarding, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and efficiently. 
  • Keep customer records up to date, promptly reflecting any changes in status or requirements. 
  • Foster strong internal and external relationships by being a dependable and professional point of contact. 
  • Support customer success managers during scheduled customer reviews by preparing and reviewing key documentation. 
  • Champion a culture of accountability and integrity, always doing what’s right for customers, colleagues, and the business. 

 

What you’ll bring: 

  • Proven experience in administrative roles with a strong track record of managing high volumes of work and tight deadlines. 
  • Background in financial services, ideally in a credit control or support function. 
  • Natural relationship builder with the ability to confidently engage across all stakeholder levels. 
  • Exceptional customer service skills, you genuinely care about delivering a great experience. 
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in everything you do. 
  • Strong diary and workload management skills, you stay organised and proactive under pressure.
